Local (Kenya): Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International: Shipping fees vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated.

Within Nairobi: 1–2 business days
Outside Nairobi: 2–5 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and customs)

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
